Delete your RotaFair account

In the RotaFair mobile app, open More, choose Delete account, review what will be retained, and confirm Delete permanently. The deletion is immediate and signs you out on every device.

If you cannot access the app

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask for account deletion. We may verify that you own the address before processing the request.

What is deleted

Your login, email, phone number, profile picture, sessions, notifications, registered devices, password-reset records, and manager access are deleted. Your roster login link is removed. Direct messages, message blocks, community-guideline acceptance, and chat reports involving the account are also deleted.

What the hospital may retain

Department roster names, published rota assignments, swaps, covers, and audit history may remain where the hospital needs them for operational, safety, legal, or audit obligations. They no longer grant access to your deleted account. See the privacy policy.
